Our trainers report continuously about their impressions from the training(s) and provide concrete recommendations for further measures.

 

The trainer reports include the following themes:

  • What was achieved?
  • What has not yet been achieved and should therefore be focused on in the next training?
  • Where can managers/clients actively help?
  • 5 areas are filled: achieved, not achieved, impressions, recommendations and the average effectiveness evaluation of the participants.
