The new way toward more effectiveness in practice
Leadership, communication, sales – these are central training areas in companies. But there’s a hitch: it is a well-known fact that training participants implement little to nothing of what they have learnt. This is where the transfer strength method, developed by university lecturer Dr. Axel Koch after observing some 2,500 test subjects, comes in.
It gives visibility to the adjusting screws for successful learning transfer among participants and simultaneously promotes self-responsibility for learning. The aim of the transfer strength analysis is that participants effectively and sustainably develop new abilities and habits, resulting in a return-on-training in practice.
